The uniform at Church Vale is red. We encourage children to wear uniform each day now that COVID is reducing.
Red jumpers or cardigans/fleeces are worn. These do not have to be specific school jumpers any red ones are fine. We do sell iron badges from school at £1 each if you would like to use this to create your own branded jumpers- but again totally optional.
White shirts, Tshirts or polo shirts are worn and black trousers or skirts.
Black shoes or trainers are encouraged.
Please try to avoid boots as these are difficult to sit on the carpet in or use the play equuipment with and no sandals.
Jewelry is not allowed apart from stud ear rings. If you are considering getting your childs ears pierced then please make sure it is over the summer holidays.
PE kit is a white t shirt and black bottoms with trainers or plimsoles of any colour. This needs to be brought into school on the first day of each week and left at school as the children may need it for lots of different activites.
If you are struggling with finances and your chidlren culd do with uniform please contact school as we have spare things and uniform that has been donated too.
If you child is ever without uniform please send them in any suitable clothes as we do not want uniform to be a barrier to attendance.
Your child is allowed to wear their own clothes on their birthday as long as it falls on an actual school day.
From time to time we may have events that mean your child can wear different clothes. This is totally voluntary and is up to parental choice.
