Children go through many periods of transition throughout their lives. The transition from home to Nursery and Early Years, and Junior to Secondary school is a significant life change for children, which will bring up a wide variety of big feelings. Helping children to cope with this significant change will not only make transition a less stressful experience but also prepare them for the other many changes that they will face in their lives.
