Church Vale Uniform Policy

We expect all our children to adhere to our uniform policy. We feel we have a flexible approach which would suit all children and is affordable. 

Our uniform is; White polo, black trousers or skirt, red jumper or cardigan. We allow black footwear without different coloured logos. Short boots are permited. Joggers are also permitted. Dresses and shorts are permitted in the warmer months but we prefer no shorts in school in Spring 1 term. 

Jumpers and cardigans do not need to have a logo but we do sell these at cost in the office. All families receive a complimentary one on entry to school. These badges are iron on but are not compulsary.

PE kit is white top and black bottoms. Trainers or plimsoles will also be required. 

Forest school kit is wellies or waterproof shoes, old clothes that can get dirty and a waterproof coat. 

Swimming kit needs to be a one piece costume for girls and tight trunks for boys. These can be any colour. Goggles can be worn too if it helps the child. 

None of our uniform needs to be purchased from a particular shop. 

School holds a bank of second hand uniform and will give out to families that request it. Warsop Town hall also holds a free uniform shop during every school holiday. 

No jewellery is permitted apart from 1 stud earring in each ear. The child must be able to remove these for PE. No body piercing is allowed.

Hair is natural colours only and we do not allow nail varnish or temporary tatoos in school please.
