Take Five Breathing

Welcome to our Take Five Breathing Page.  The aim of Take Five at Church Vale is to enable children to build their emotional resilience through the strategies of breathing, grounding and awareness.  We all participate in Take Five sessions at school which are led by trained child Ambassadors or trained Teachers.  We are very proud of our commitment to Take Five and in particular the amazing skills of our Child Ambassadors.
